Q: What can I expect from you?
A: You can expect me to be professional, compassionate, and supportive. I will nurture your wisdom, respect your needs, and encourage you to raise questions.

Q: What do you expect from me?
A: I expect you to be on time, committed to the process, and prepared to be honest about what you feel.

Q: How long are appointments?
A: Appointments are 75 minutes.

Q: How do I know you won't talk about me to other people?
A: I maintain confidentiality about all that is said in class, group, or private sessions. What is said in the room stays in the room.

Q: When are you available during the week?
A: I have times available most days of the week.

Q: Are there other types of coaching? What are they?
A: Coaching exists in many forms. Some businesses employ coaches to work with their executives, known as Executive Coaches. In this situation the coach works for the company. The goal is to increase efficiency and to help the employee reach certain agreed goals. Sometimes such coaches also spend time on team building.
Coaching can also be called Life Coaching. This is usually one-on-one. It is designed to help move the individual forward with his or her personal life and professional goals. The coach works with the individual, often by phone, to clarify goals and balance time demands.

Q: I'm interested, how do I get started?
A: Find out about the location and price on the logistics page. Then send me an email with your availability and we'll set up a time to get together.
